Thursday is pupil and student day. A student ticket costs 12,00 EUR plus booking fees.
FOR HOW LONG IS MY TICKET VALID?
We have put a lot of thought and planning into this so that you can enjoy your stay in peace and not have too many people on the premises at once. To avoid long waiting times at the entrance, the day at DARK MATTER is divided into time slots. We recommend a length of stay of one hour. Re-entry is not possible.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE ON SITE?
Owing to safety and hygiene regulations, we kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your booked slot.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE TOO LATE?
Late entry after your booked slot is not possible. In this case, your ticket will be invalidated. We cannot offer a refund or rebooking. This also applies if you do not come at all on the day for which you have purchased a ticket.
CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON ENTER WITH MY TICKET?
Each visitor needs to bring their own ticket. In this way, we can ensure that your experience is not disrupted by too many people being on-site at any one time, and that safety regulations may be observed without difficulty.
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes. The tickets are not personalized.
CAN I BUY MULTIPLE TICKETS?
You can choose the amount of tickets you would like to buy per slot in the ticket portal. Apart from the current Corona regulations, there are no restrictions on the number of tickets in the booking process.
Important: If only "1" is displayed in your booking, this is the last available ticket for this time slot.
CAN I CHANGE THE ENTRY DATE OF MY TICKET?
Tickets are issued by an automatic system and cannot be exchanged for technical reasons.
DO I NEED TO PRINT OUT MY TICKET?
We ask all visitors to save the resources of our environment and to avoid using paper print-outs. You can gain entry by showing the ticket on your mobile.
