We want to offer our visitors a relaxed and special experience despite the necessary safety and hygiene measures. Therefore, we ask you to pay attention to the current notices and follow the instructions of our staff. Depending on the current situation, we will adapt safety regulations to the infection ordinance of the Berlin Senate.
Please note that the following points are binding requirements of the RKI (Robert Koch Institute) and the Berlin Senate. Exceptions can therefore unfortunately not be implemented.
Until further notice, the following applies:
As of January 15, the 2G-Plus rule will be in effect
A valid proof of a negative COVID-19 test and a complete vaccination/recovery are mandatory. Rapid antigen test (not older than 24h and not a self-test) and PCR tests (not older than 48h) are accepted. Visitors with booster vaccination are exempt from mandatory testing. Visitors aged 6 years and over are required to wear a FFP2 face mask in all indoor areas. If you are unable to present valid proof, we regret that we will have to deny you access to the exhibition.
Children between 6 - 17 years are exempt from the 2G rule. They are permitted to visit DARK MATTER on showing their Berlin school ID card, as they are regularly tested as part of their school attendance. If no student ID is available, a complete vaccination or genesis certificate or a daily negative test result (24h rule) must be presented. Children under 6 years of age are not required to be tested.
Persons who can prove that they cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons may participate if they have tested negative by PCR test.
Please have the Luca or CoronaWarn app ready at the entrance to check in.
Please continue to use the disinfectant stations that we will provide for you.
To ensure a smooth flow of visitors and to avoid long lines, tickets can be booked online for fixed time slots. The tickets are only available for a limited number of visitors per slot.
We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave the venue if the above regulations are not followed.
Please be considerate of each other, and stay healthy.
