Tickets cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.
Admission is only granted with a valid ticket for the date booked. No re-entry is permitted.
Children up to the age of 6 accompanied by their parents are admitted free of charge.
Your ticket gives you access to WINTERLIGHTS @ TRANSFORMATOR (ice rink not included). To enjoy an ice skating experience, please purchase the WINTERLIGHTS Ice Rink Ticket (Add-On) (ice skates not included).
Please note that admission to the permanent exhibition KOLLEKTION is not included. To visit both exhibitions, combo tickets can also be booked.
