Please arrive 10 minutes early in order to check in. Late entry will not be permitted.

There is currently only limited ticket capacity.

Children up to the age of 6 accompanied by their parents are admitted free of charge.

COMBO TICKET: This ticket grants admission to both exhibitions: KOLLEKTION and WINTERLIGHTS @ TRANSFORMATOR. Please start your visit with the Combo Ticket at the KOLLEKTION exhibition. Your check-in time is stated on your ticket.

Tickets cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

Admission is only granted with a valid ticket for the date booked. No re-entry is permitted.

The WINTERLIGHTS ticket is a day ticket. The time stated on the ticket is a reference time. You can enter the exhibition during WINTERLIGHTS opening hours, but no later than one hour before closing.

Your ticket gives you access to WINTERLIGHTS @ TRANSFORMATOR (ice rink not included). To enjoy an ice skating experience, please purchase the WINTERLIGHTS Ice Rink Ticket (Add-On) (ice skates not included). If you did not purchase the add-on in advance, you can buy the extra ticket on site.

Please note that admission to the permanent exhibition KOLLEKTION is not included. To visit both exhibitions, combo tickets can also be booked.
